The Sacred Wisdom of the Body
I recognize the One Divine Presence expressing through all creation. God is Infinite Spirit whole, perfect, intelligent, and fully present in every dimension of life. There is no separation between Spirit and form, the sacred and the physical. All is God, and all is holy.
I know that I am one with this Divine Presence. My mind, emotions, spirit, and physical body are expressions of the One Life living as me. I am not a spirit temporarily confined within a body; I am the Divine embodied. Every breath, heartbeat, sensation, and movement is part of my sacred experience.
I now honor my body as wise, worthy, and enough. I release every cultural belief that labels the body as inferior, sinful, flawed, or separate from God. I listen compassionately to the messages my body offers, trusting its intelligence and allowing it to guide me toward greater balance, healing, and wholeness. Through conscious breathing, movement, stillness, and loving awareness, I deepen my connection with the Divine within me.
I embrace my complete humanity as a beautiful expression of Spirit. I experience God through my body, my mind, my emotions, and every aspect of my being. I celebrate my physical form as a sacred home through which Divine Life knows and expresses Itself.
I am deeply grateful for the wisdom of my body and for the expanding awareness that brings me into greater harmony with myself. I give thanks for this truth already unfolding within me.
I release this word into the perfect action of Divine Law, knowing it is fulfilled with grace and ease.

The Sacredness of the Body
I recognize the one Divine Presence the infinite Spirit of Life, Love, Wholeness, and Beauty. This Presence is everywhere, expressing through all creation. There is no separation between the spiritual and the physical, for all life is the sacred embodiment of
the Divine.
I know that I am one with this Presence. Spirit lives as me, through me, and within every part of me. My body is not separate from my spirituality; it is a holy expression of it. Every breath, movement, sensation, shape, ability, and stage of life reveals the Divine
experiencing Itself in form.
Every belief that judges, diminishes, compares, or shames the body is cast out. I refuse every message suggesting that one kind of body is more worthy, beautiful, capable, or sacred than another. I choose language that honors the dignity of every person.
I celebrate my physicality exactly as it is. I listen compassionately to my body, care for it lovingly, and honor its needs without judgment. I affirm that every ..body belongs, every ..body is worthy, and every ..body deserves safety, respect, tenderness, and joy. Our differences are the beautiful diversity through which Spirit reveals Its infinite nature.
I am grateful for my sacred body, for the bodies gathered in this spiritual community, and for the growing awareness that creates spaces where every person feels welcomed, valued,
and celebrated.
