About The Event
This group is for beginners, non-meditators and those of you who have tried to meditate because you have heard or read about the proven scientific and spiritual benefits that this simple practice can do for you.
If you have tried to meditate, yet you have find it very challenging, there is nothing more inspiring or effective than learning to meditate directly from a skilled practitioner— alongside fellow beginners. This 60-minute workshop includes guided meditations that will shows you Simple and Easy techniques that you can implement in your daily routines to bring more peace and a sense of abundance in every area of your life.
What we will cover:

- Does meditation really work?
- The benefits of meditation
- How to stay focus & what to focus on
- How long to meditate
- What does a regular meditation schedule look like?
Everyone is welcome. No need for previous meditation experience. Limited Space; Advance registration is encouraged.
